Photosynthesis

Photosynthesis is the process whereby green plant manufacture their own food. They
do this by absorb the water and mineals from the roots up the stem towards the leaves. The recipe is water, minerals/ nutrients, sunlight, C02 (carbon dioxide) and chlorophyll and when it all done
it becomes glucose (sugars). The xylem take the minerals and water up the stem to the leaves and it mix with the chlorophyll. The phloem transports the glucose to the rest of the plant.

How does plants grow?

This term Room 10 as been learning about how does a plant grow. A plant needs three things soil, water and sunlight. Plants breathe in CO2 and breathe out O CO2 is carbon dioxide side and O is oxygen.   
 

Reading Stamina

This week Room 10 has been doing reading stamina. Reading stamina is reading for extended period of time. How we do it is to focus and concentration if you what to do it you have to get a book and go on to a google doc and used voice typing. You have to read your book into your chromebook. We do this everyday.
