Photosynthesis

Photosynthesis is the process whereby green plant manufacture their own food. They
do this by absorb the water and mineals from the roots up the stem towards the leaves. The recipe is water, minerals/ nutrients, sunlight, C02 (carbon dioxide) and chlorophyll and when it all done
it becomes glucose (sugars). The xylem take the minerals and water up the stem to the leaves and it mix with the chlorophyll. The phloem transports the glucose to the rest of the plant.
